Abstract：Theredresources inAnhuiProvincehavebeen precipitated throughmultipleimportant historicalperiods，posessing distinctregionalcharacteristicsandthemarksofthetimes.Theyareof greatsignificanceforpromotingadvancedcultureandadvancingtheconstructionofsocialistcorevalues.Intecontextofteewra，facedwithpracticalchallngessuchastenedtoprove theinheritancemechanismandinovatethecommunicationmethods，itisncessarytoadoptasystematicapproach toconstructa newdevelopmentpaternandexplorenewdevelopmentpathsfrommultipledimensions.Byrevitalizingtheredhistoricalresources，a diversifiedsupportsystemcanbeestablished.Withtheempowementofdigitalandinteligenttechnologies，atree-dimesional communicationmatrixcanbecreated.Relyingotheintegrationofindustryandducationaprofessioaltalentcheloncanbeultivated.The developmentmodel of in-depthintegration of the"red culture + "industry canbe promoted，so asto achieve the revitalizationandutiiztionofterdresourcesinAnhuiProvince，anddrivetheinheritanceanddevelopmentofterevolutionaryspiritIn this way，theredresourcescanplayauniquevalueinthnewera，providingstrong spiritualimpetusandculturalsupportforsocial development，anddemonstratinganieplaceableoleinstrengtheningculturalconfidenceandpromotingtheharmoniousdevelopent of society.
