Some Examples of Qin Bamboo Slips^ Research on Analogue Vulgar Characters

Abstract： The processofgeneralizationof vulgar charactersruns through theentire developmentof Chinesecharacterforms and isanimportantwayfortheevolutionofcharacterformsandthecreationofnewcharacters.QinLishu，asalivingfosilofthekey stageoftheLishutransformation，mosttrulyrecordstheappearanceoftheforchangesatthattimeandthewritingrulesofpeople， amongwhichthegeneralizationofvulgarcharactersiscommon.Curently，theresearchonthegeneralizationofvulgarcharactersin theacademiccirclehasbecomerelativelymature，buttheresearchresultsspecificalltargeting vulgarcharacters inunearthedQin bamboo slipsarerare.Basedontheclasificationresearchresultsofthegeneralizationof vulgarcharacters intheacademiccircle， thispaperconductsadetailedstatisticsofthegeneralizationofvulgarcharactersinunearthedQinbambooslipsandbelievesthatthey canbedividedintothreemajorcategories："self-generalizationofasinglecharacter，generalizationinfluencedbythecontextnd generalizationinfluencedbysubconsciousness".Thispaperselectsandlistssomegeneralizedvulgarcharacters toconductadetailed analysisoftheirformation，inordertohelptheidentificationofdificultcharactersinQinbambooslipsandteunderstandingofthe writing rules of Qin bamboo slips.
