Abstract： In2O10，traditional Chinese acupuncturewas inscribedon UNESCO'sRepresentativeListoftheIntangible Cultural HeritageofHumanity，marking internationalrecognitionof tsculturalvalue.Thispapertakesthe"NineNeedles"instrumentsystem ofChineseacupucture-asitsfocalpoint.Itsystematicallexamines teistoricalevolutiooftheirstructuralfosandfuctional applications，hileconductingin-depthexplorationoftheirlivinghiagetransmisionandinovativedevelopmentwintefram workofintangibleculturalheritage.Theresearchrevealsthat throughmilleniaoftransformationtheNineNedlessystemhsconsistentlymataidisoacestofgatiofuioofodactice.eo heritanceandinnovationfullyembodiestheacademictraditionof"preserving theessencewhileinnovating"inCineseacupuncture. Tobeterachievedynamicinheritanceandcontemporarytransformation，futurestrategiesshouldfocusonestablishingmultidimensionalprotectionsystemsndstandardiedinheritancemechanismstosafeguardtheintangibleculturalheritageof taditionalCinese medicine.
