Abstract：Publiclibrariesareimportantinstitutionsforculturaldisseminationandsocialeducation，andareimporantleaders and practitioners ofreading promotionactvities.Thisarticle mainlyanalyzesthecaseof the"YueTong Reading Heartand Handin Hand"readingpromotionolutersviceofYueyangLibaryfromtheedimesios：basicbckgroundmplementationproces，d developmentdirectio.Itexploresthepracticalprocessofchildrensreadingpromotioninlocalmunicipalpubliclibraries，egates volunteerservicewithreadingpromotion，highlightstheimportanceofchildren'sreadingpromotionwork inpublicculturalservice practice，andguidesyoungchdenspeciallyhoseinremoteuralaeas，tocaroutfectivearlyreadingfroeprspctivf readingservicesoflocalmunicipalpubliclibraries.Itcultivatesgoodreadinghabits，drivesparent-childreadingtroughreadingactivities，opens the window for children's reading，and "reads" together towards the future.
