2021年，文化和旅游部、國家發(fā)展改革委、財政部三部委聯(lián)合印發(fā)的《關于推動公共文化服務高質量發(fā)展的意見》提出，“適應城鄉(xiāng)居民對高品質文化生活的期待，對公共圖書館、文化館（站）功能布局進行創(chuàng)意性改造，實現(xiàn)設施空間的美化、舒適化”，指出要“探索發(fā)展數字文化大眾化實體體驗空間，加強數字藝術、沉浸式體驗等新型文化業(yè)態(tài)在公共文化場館的應用”。（剩余8426字）
