Abstract：Theintegrationof IdeologicalandPoliticalEducationdevelopmentservesasacrucialapproachforvocational colegestofulfllthefundamentalmisionoffosteringvirtuethrougheducationforthenewera.Thispaperanalyzesthebarriers encounteredinconstructinganideological-politicalresourcerepositoryforthelandscapearchitecturespecialtyclusterin vocationalcollges，summarizesexistingachievements，andproposesstrategiesatthesecondarycollegelevel.Theseinclude systematicllesignngdeological-politicalbectivesforspecialtyclusters，innovatingfacultystructurestrougha"proesial facultyplusideological-politicaleducators"collaborativemodel，thoroughlyexploringexemplaryideologicalelements，and establishingbothanIdeologicalandPoliticalEducationresourcerepositoryandanevaluationsystemthroughdigitalplatforms. Thisresearchprovidesareferentialframeworkforthestandardizedandsystematicinnovationofideological-policaleducatinin specialized courses at higher vocational institutions.
