Abstract:Integratingthespiritofeducators,thespiritofsientists,andthespiritofcraftsmenprovidescrucialideological guidanceforbuildinganeweraofhigh-quality,profesionalteachingteams.Thisapproachaimstocultivatemoreeducator-type teachersandhigh-skilledtechnicaltalents,oferingbthspritualmotivationandintelletualsupportforaeleratingthe developmentofaneducationpowerhouse,asci-tech powerhouse,andatalentpowerhouse.Againstthisbackdrop,thestudy analyzesthevalueofconstructinginnovativeteachingteamsforagriculturalandforestryvocationaleducationuderthentegration ofthese"ThreeSpirits,"reviewscurentresearchonvocationaleducationteacherteambuilding,andinvestigatescultivation pathwaysforsuchteamsinXinjiang'svocationalcollges.Theinvestigationfocusesonfourdimensions:teacherethics developmentthrough the"Three Spits,"improvinganopentalentcultivationsystem,establishingdiversifiedteamcollboration models,and strengthening team management and services.
