Abstract:TargetednormaluniversitystudentsconstiuteacrucialtalentpoolforimplementingtheRuralRevitalization Strategyandanefectivemeasureforpromotingthespiritofeducators.Theircareeexpectationsplayavitalroleinmotivating themtocontributetotheirhometownsanddedicatethemselvestoruraleducation.Basedonasurveyoftargetednormalstudents atNUniversityinJiangsuProvinceunderthecommisionedtrainingprogram,thisstudyexaminesthecurentstatusof their careerexpectations,analyzesvariationsintheseexpectations,andexplorestherelationshipbetweencareerexpectationsand learningmotivation.Drawingonthefindings,thepaperproposestargetedstrategiesforsustainingcareerexpectationsacros multiplelevels,includingpolicydesign,instiutionaltraining,andmotivationactivation.Thesestrategiesaimtoenhancethe students' learning motivation and lay a solid foundation for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
