Abstract:During thecomprehensiveimplementationstageofruralrevitalization，thepredicamentof grasrootsemployment andentrepreneurshipforstudentsmajoringinagriculture-relatedfieldsreflectsthestructuralcontradictionbetweenthesupply sideofhighereducationandthedemandsideoftheagriculturalindustry.Takingmultiplemeasurestopromotetheemployment andentrepreneurshipofstudentsmajoringinagriculture-relatedfieldsatthegrasrotslevelhasbecomethekeytosolvingthe shortageof talentsinmoderncharacteristicagriculturalindustriesinGuangxi.Thispaperfocusesonthecoreisuessuchasthe lowwillngnessofagricultural-relatedmajorsudentstoworkattegrasrotsleveldeviationinvocatioalcogitioand insuficientpracticalabilityItinnovativelyproposestocostructa"three-dimensionaldrive"guidingmodeltatis,toproote employmentandentrepreneurshipthroughpolicycordination，empowerteachingthrough industry-educationintegration，and enhanceheconversionateofgrasrotsemploymentandentrepreneurshipthroughtheinternalizationofculturalvalues.Provide theoreticalinnovationandpracticalsolutionstosolvetheproblemof"unabletogodownandretain"agricultural-relatedtalents.
