鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育的現(xiàn)狀、問題及對(duì)策

Abstract:UndertheRural Revitalization Strategy,ruralcommunityeducationservesasavital pathwayforcultivatingnew professional farmersanddrivingruraldevelopment.However,currentruralcommunityeducationfaceschallengessuchas insufcientprioritization,misalignmentbetweentalentcultivationbjectivesandpracticalneds,andashortageofqualified educators.Thisstudyconductsanin-depthanalysisoftheseissuesandproposescomprehensivesolutions:strengthening governmnt leadershipbyintegratingruralcommunityeducationintolocalplanningwithdynamicadjustmentmechanisms; leveragingnewmediaforawarenesscampaignsandestablishingeco-friendlyeducationalfacilities;utilizingblockchaintechology toenhancetheeducationsystem;aplyingbigdataanalyticstopreciselyaligneducationwithruralindustrialdemands; integratingeducationwithruralgovermancewhileinnovatingteachingmethodologies;andbuildingarobusteducatornetwork centeredoncouty-leveladulteducationchoolsandopenuniversities,supplementedbymulti-stakeholdercolaboration,teacher training,internationalexchanges,andvolunteeexpasion.Thesestrategiescolectivelyaimtoimprovethequalityofrural community education and facilitate the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.

鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵是人才的振興,農(nóng)村社區(qū)教育作為人才和新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培養(yǎng)的重要載體越來越受到重視,然而廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū),特別是欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),仍然存在對(duì)社區(qū)教育不夠重視、社區(qū)教育浮于表面、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不足和師資隊(duì)伍短缺等問題,如何充分發(fā)揮社區(qū)教育特色與優(yōu)勢(shì),服務(wù)農(nóng)村地區(qū),培養(yǎng)新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民,提升農(nóng)民的科技文化素質(zhì)和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力是鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)教育需要解決的問題。(剩余5468字)
