Abstract:Thisstudyproposessystematicsolutions toaddress thedevelopmentchalengesof thegreenfoodindustryin Qiandongnan Prefecture.Through comprehensivesituationanalysisandproblemdiagnosis,adevelopmentpathwayisconstructed acrossfurdimensions:organizationalsupport,policyreinforcement,branddevelopment,andindustialupgrading.Theresearch identfesinstitutionalcapacitygaps,inadequatepolicyincentives,weakbrandinfluence,andlowprocessingstandardsaspriary constraints.Targetedmeasures-includingspecializedteamenhancement,fiscalincentivemechanisms,diferentiatedbranding strategies,andwole-ndustrychainenterprisecultivationaredemonstratedtoefectivelyoveromethesebotlenecks.Testudy recommendsestablishing a collaborative"government guidance + market drive + technological empowerment"model, supported by evaluationmetricadjustments,fiscalbudgetingguarantes,marketingchannelinovationandindustrialclusterdevelopnt,soas to propel the green food industry toward standardized,branded,andvalue-added transformation.
