摘 要:隨著相關(guān)部門監(jiān)管力度的加強,目前我國食品安全形勢持續(xù)穩(wěn)中向好,但仍存在食品安全問題,如有機氯農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)。本文概述了有機氯農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)的危害,如長期慢性病癥、損傷肝臟、影響后代等,介紹了風(fēng)險評估方法,以及常見的食品有機氯農(nóng)藥殘留檢測方法,為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Harm and Detection Technology of Excessive Organochlorine Pesticide Residues in Food

Abstract: With the strengthening of regulatory efforts by relevant departments, the current food safety situation in China continues to be stable and improving, but there are still food safety issues, such as excessive residues of organochlorine pesticides. This article outlines the hazards of excessive organochlorine pesticide residues, such as long-term chronic diseases, liver damage, and impact on offspring. It introduces risk assessment methods and common methods for detecting organochlorine pesticide residues in food, providing reference for relevant personnel.
