生姜生產(chǎn)中農(nóng)藥使用現(xiàn)狀及殘留檢測(cè)方法研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：生姜具有較高的食用和藥用價(jià)值，在我國(guó)廣泛種植。本文通過整理近年來發(fā)表的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，介紹了生姜種植過程中出現(xiàn)的主要病蟲害及農(nóng)藥使用現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)生姜中農(nóng)藥殘留的前處理和檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行了概述，以期對(duì)生姜生產(chǎn)中病蟲害防治、農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)及農(nóng)藥合理使用提供參考。

Research Progress on the Current Situation of Pesticide Use and Residue Detection Methods in Ginger Production

Abstract： Ginger has high edible and medicinal value and is widely cultivated in China. This article reviews the relevant literature published in recent years， introduces the main pests and diseases that occur during ginger cultivation， as well as the current status of pesticide use. It also provides an overview of the pre-treatment and detection methods for pesticide residues in ginger， with the aim of providing reference for pest control， pesticide residue detection， and rational use of pesticides in ginger production.
