摘 要：近年來(lái)，食品安全問(wèn)題頻發(fā)，對(duì)人們的生命健康造成了巨大威脅，因此食品監(jiān)管顯得尤為重要。隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，食品監(jiān)管信息化成為解決食品安全問(wèn)題的重要手段。信息化為監(jiān)管部門(mén)提供了更加高效、準(zhǔn)確和可靠的手段，有助于提升監(jiān)管水平，保障公眾的食品安全?；诖?，本文分析食品監(jiān)管信息化的實(shí)踐與思考。

Abstract： In recent years， the frequent occurrence of food safety problems has caused a great threat to people’s life and health， so food supervision is particularly important. With the rapid development of information technology， food supervision information has become an important means to solve food safety problems. Informationization provides regulatory authorities with more efficient， accurate and reliable means to help improve the level of supervision and ensure the public’s food safety. Based on this， this paper analyzes the practice and thinking of food supervision informatization.
