Abstract：Theresultsofvocationalskillscompetitionsarecloselyrelatedtothepsyhologicalqualitiesofparticipants.Guidance teachersandparticipantsnedtoworktogethertocopewiththepsychologicalpresurethatmayariseduringtrainingandcompetition，makeappropriatepsychologicaladjustments，maintainagoodpsychologicalstatetoparticipateintecompetitioeance theirabilitytowithstandpresure，andperformattheirbestinthecompetition.Tisarticletakesthefreightforwardingcompeti tionasanexampletoanalyzehepsychologicalpressurethatcontestantsmayexperienceduringskilltraining，before，duringand afterthecompetition.Itproposespsychologicaladjustmentstrategiesbasedontheguidanceoftheinstructorandselfpsyhological adjustment strategies for the contestants.
