Abstract：Theall-Englishcourse"Suply ChainandProcurement"isa maincourseof thelogisticsmanagementmajorinShanghaiDianjiUniversity.ThispaperintegratestheOBE（Outcome-BasedEducation）philosophyintotheinstructionaldesignof the course，aiming toshiftthefocusfromateacher-centeredtoastudent-centeredteaching model.Thisinvolvessetingcourseobjectivesrientedtowardsoutcomes，optimizingteachingcontent，innovatingteachingmethods，enhancingteachingresources，analyz ingteaching efectivenessbasedontheatainmentofcoursebjectives，continuouslyimprovingcourseinstructionaldesigntoen hanceteachingqualityandcontiualladapting totheneedsofnewtechnologiesandindustrialdevelopments.Thegoalisto support the fulfillment of graduation requirements for students majoring in logistics management.
