Abstract: In the context of digital transformation, vocational logistics education needs to cultivate students‘deep learning capabilities for future career development. Thisstudy constructs a MOOC-based blended teaching model and proposes four implementation strategies: Outcome-oriented goal design, enterprise real-project scenario-driven learning,dynamic collaborative community building, and deep interaction design. Empiricalstudies have validated the effectiveness ofthe blendedteaching model and strategies in cultivating three-dimensional competencies(cognitive, interpersonal, andpersonal) among vocational logistics students.

當(dāng)前高職物流專業(yè)大多數(shù)課堂仍停留在知識(shí)講授和技能訓(xùn)練的“灌輸式”教學(xué)狀態(tài),注重技能訓(xùn)練而忽視對(duì)知識(shí)的深度理解,學(xué)生問題解決能力、遷移應(yīng)用能力、創(chuàng)新思維等處于較低階段。(剩余4019字)
