Abstract： In the context of digital transformation， vocational logistics education needs to cultivate students‘deep learning capabilities for future career development. Thisstudy constructs a MOOC-based blended teaching model and proposes four implementation strategies： Outcome-oriented goal design， enterprise real-project scenario-driven learning，dynamic collaborative community building， and deep interaction design. Empiricalstudies have validated the effectiveness ofthe blendedteaching model and strategies in cultivating three-dimensional competencies（cognitive， interpersonal， andpersonal） among vocational logistics students.

當前高職物流專業(yè)大多數(shù)課堂仍停留在知識講授和技能訓練的“灌輸式”教學狀態(tài)，注重技能訓練而忽視對知識的深度理解，學生問題解決能力、遷移應用能力、創(chuàng)新思維等處于較低階段。（剩余4019字）
