Abstract：Withtheincreasingriskof supplyinterruption，equipment manufacturingenterpriseshaveaseriesofrisksinthepro cessof supliermanagement.Basedonthetheoryofdigitalbusinessprocessmanagementandsupliermanagement，thispaper proposesadigitalschemeofsupplierprocessmanagementandsupplier informationcollborativemanagementforenterprisesupply chainsuppliers.eeoreticalodelofsuplychainigitalifoationoperatiopatoisonsructedanditslta tionpathisexpounded.Inodertoprovidereferenceforbusinessprocessmanagementsuppermanagementanddatastandrdizationintheprocessofsuppliermanagementanddigitalizationof equipmentmanufacturingenterprises，soastoachievesustainable development and long-term competitive advantage.
