Evaluationand Analysis of the Port Logistics Competitiveness of the Free Trade Port of Haikou

Abstract： The construction of free trade port has brought unprecedented opportunities for Hainan Port construction，and alsoput forward higher requirements for the development of Hainan Port logistics. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the port logistics competitiveness of HaikouPort. At the same time it uses the construction of evaluation index system and data analysis to determine the maindevelopment indicators of the port logistics competitivenessof Haikou Port， and puts forward relevant suggestions in line withthedevelopment of Haikou Port itself.
