Abstract： The port is an important transportation 'hub connecting domestic and international markets，plays an important supporting role in global trade in goods，and is an important bridge for domestic and international dual circulation. With the steady progress of the construction of the free trade port， the development of port logistics in Hainan Province has showna series ofnew characteristics，and itis of great significance to explore the efficiency of port logistics in Hainan Province to promote the economic development of Hainan Province and the adjustment of the logistics：industry structure. Thispaper uses the Super -DEA model and the Malmquist model to comprehensively measure the logistics efficiency of major ports in Hainan Province from the static and dynamic perspectives， andbenchmarks the development of port logistics in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement ofport logisticseficiencyin Hainan Province，in orderto provide reference significance for promoting therealization of the integrated development path ofports，industries and cities.
