低空物流背景下湖南省農(nóng)村車機協(xié)同配送模式研究

Abstract: In the context of low-altitude logistics, this study focuses on the vehicle-drone collaborative delivery model in ruralareas ofHunan Province.Firstly,it introduces therelevant policy background and the current status of rural logistics distribution. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics and applicable scenariosof single-vehicle-single-drone, single-vehicle-multiple-drone,and multiple-vehicle-multiple-drone collaborativedelivery models.Subsequently,it pointsout theexistingissues in the vehicle-drone collaborative model inrural Hunan,such as the complexity of collaborative delivery route planning, limitations in drone logistics technology,inadequate airspace managementpolicies,and insufficient market entity vitality. The study proposes improvement strategies from four aspects: Strengthening regional coordination to optimize route planning, increasing R&D investment to overcome technical bottlenecks,enhancing regulatory systems to improve legal and policy frameworks,and establishing cooperation mechanisms to boost market entity vitality. These strategies aim to promote thesteady implementation of the vehicle-drone collaborative delivery model in rural Hunan and support the high-quality development of rural logistics.
