AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheefectsofmindfulness basedstressreductiontrainingcombinedwithself-empowerment theoryinterventiononsleepqualityinmaintenance hemodialysispatientswith sleepdisorders.Methods：Atotalof86patients with maintenancehemodialysisandsleepdisordersadmitedtotheNephrologyDepartmentof theFirstAfiliated Hospitalof Bengbu Medical UniversitybetwenJanuary2O22-andSeptember2O24 wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupusingarandomnumbertablemethod，with43patients ineachgroup.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing intervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedmindfulness based stressreduction trainingcombined with self empowermenttheory interventiononthebasisof thecontrol group.ThePitsburghSleepQualityIndex（PSQl）was usedto compare thediferencesinsleepqualitybetween two groups.The Insomnia Severity Index（ISI）scale wasused to evaluate theseverity of insomnia inthe two groups of patients.TheDepresion Anxiety Stres Self Rating Scale（DASS）wasused to evaluatethe negative emotions of the two groups，and the Self Perceived Burden Scale（SPBS）was used to evaluate the self perceived burden f thetwo groups.Results：Afterintervention，thescores of PSQIandISIscores，DASSand SPBS scores ofboth groups decreased，ndthebservationgoupassignifcantlylowertantheontrolgroup.Thediferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Positive mindfulness stress reduction training combined with self empowerment theory interventioncanimprovethesleepqualityofmaintenancehemodialysispatientswithsleepdisorders，allviatenegativemotions， reduce the severity of insomnia and self perceived burden.
