基于加速康復(fù)外科的體位及疼痛管理對髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后失眠患者的影響

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheeffectof positionand pain management basedonenhancedrecoveryaftersurgery(ERAS) onsleepqualityinpatients withinsomniaafterhipeplacement.Methods:AtotalofO4patientshohdinsomniaafterundergo ing hipreplacementinthe hospitalfromApril2O23 toApril2024 were selectedandequallydividedinto two groupsaccording to stratifiedsampling method.Afterthesurgery,thecontrolgroupeceivedpositionandpainmanagementhiletheobservationgroup receivedERAS-basedpositionandpain management.Both groupsweregiven interventiontilldischarge.Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index(PSQI)score was used to evaluate sleepqualityand Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was applied to measure postoperative pain.Postoperativerecoveryof thetwo groups wascompared.Results:PSQIandVAS scores oftheobservation groupone-day and 3-day after the surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statisticall significant diferences( P<0.05 ). The observationgrouphadashorter hospitalstay,initial timeformovementandtimetopost-surgicaldischargethanthecontrolgroup, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion: ERAS-based position and pain management can improve sleep qualityof patients with insomnia after hip replacement,reduce postoperative pain,and promote their recovery.
