急性心力衰竭患者應(yīng)用五步敘事療法對睡眠質(zhì)量的影響研究

AbstractObjective：Toexplore theefectoffive-stepnarrativethrapyonthehopeleveland sleepqualityofpatients withacute heartfailure（AHF）.Methods：Atotalof6Opatients withAHFadmitedtothe Afiliated HospitalofGuizhou Medical University fromJanuary2O24 to March 2O25wereselectedas thestudysubjects.They wererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupand anobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertable，with 3Opatients ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceived routine nursing intervention， whiletheobservationgoupreceivedfive-stepnarrtivethrapy（including sleepasessmentandstorycollctionexteralizingthe sleep problem stories，finding exceptios inseepstores，deconstructing new sleepstories，onsolidating newslepstoris，dpro viding feedback）.Thechangesof Herfindahl-Hirschman Index（HHI）andPitsburgh Sleep Index Scale（PSQI）after2 weeksof interventionwerecomparedbetween thetwogroups.Results：Aftertheintervention，the HHIresultsofthecontrol group were （ 29.64±12.11 ） points and that of the observation group was（ 31.27±13.57. ）points. The results of the observation group were higherthan those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05） . The PSQI scores after intervention of the control group were（ 5.36±0.51 ）points and those of the observation group were（ 31.27±13.57 ） points. The observation group had lower results than the control group，with a statistically significant diference（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： The five step narrative therapy can promote the hope level and improve their sleepqualityof AHF patients，which is worth promoting.
