重復(fù)經(jīng)顱磁刺激在青少年抑郁癥合并睡眠障礙中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值研究

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheefectof repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulationondepressionaccompaniedbysleep disorders nadolescentpatients.Methods:Atotalof8adolescentpatientswithdepresionandslepdisordersadmited tothe DepartmentofPsychiatryofFuzhou SecondGeneral Hospital fromJune2O22 to June2O23 wereenroled.Theyweredivided into acontrolgroupandanobservation groupbyrandom numbertable,with43cases ineach group.Patientsinthecontrol group were treatedwithescitalopramoxalatetablets,hilepatientsintheobservationgroupwereadditionallytreatedwithrepetitivetranscranial magnetic stimulation.Thetreatment outcomesof the two groupswerecomparedandresultsof Hamilton Depresion Scale (HAMD),Social Disability Screeing Schedule(SDSS),Adolescent Sleep Hygiene Questionnaire((ASHQ),and Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Idex(PSQI)beforeandafter treatment wereanalyzed.Results: Compared withtheASHQ scoresafter treatment,the HAMD score,SDSS score,PSQIscore,total sleeptime,sleeplatency,noctual awakening,andslepresistanceof thetwogroups showedastatisticaldownwardtrendcomparedwithtoseperformedaftertreatment,andtheobservationgrouphadasignificantdecreasing trend( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has a significant effect on improving sleep qualityof adolescent patients withdepressonandslepdisordersandcan improvesymptoms ofdepressionandsocialfunctioning.
