分析左乙拉西坦對腦卒中后癲癇患者認(rèn)知功能及睡眠質(zhì)量的影響

AbstractObjective：To investigate theefectsof levetiracetamonpatients with post-stroke epilepsy（PSE）.Methods：Atotalof 80 patients with PSEadmitedtotheNeurologyDepartmentof Hospitalbetween January2018 May2O24 were selectedastheresearch subjects.They wereromlydividedintoacontrolgroup anobservation groupusing arom numbertable method，with40 patients ineachgroup.Thecontrol groupreceived sodium valproate，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedlevetiracetam.Observe two groups ofepilepticseizures，ncludingseizure frequency duration.Cognitivefunction wasasessed using the Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）， sleepqualitywas evaluated withthe Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）before treatment after6 months.Sleepduration nightime awakenings were documented.Adversereactions-includinganorexia，drowsinesanemia，ndcough-weremonitored.Results：Aftertreatment，the improvementefctofepilepticseizures intheobservationgroupwasbeter thanthatinthecontrol group.The MMSEscore nthe observation groupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup，whilethePSQIscorewassignificantlylower.Thesleep timeinheobservationgroupwassignificantlylonger thanthatinthecontrolgroup，thenumberof nightawakenings was significantlylower.Theincidenceofadversereactionsintheobservatiogroupwas significantlylower than thatinthecontrol group， the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（both P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Levetiracetam can effectively improve epileptic seizures，enhance cognitive function，improve sleepquality， has good safetyinPSE patients.

腦卒中后患者會出現(xiàn)腦部血液循環(huán)障礙，致使腦組織產(chǎn)生缺血、缺氧及水腫情況，嚴(yán)重情況下會導(dǎo)致患者腦組織壞死，從而引起大腦神經(jīng)元結(jié)構(gòu)和功能改變，誘發(fā)癲癇[1]。（剩余4454字）
