循證護理干預對兒童血液腫瘤患兒睡眠質(zhì)量 指數(shù)及心理狀況的影響

AbstractObjective：Toexplore theefectof evidence-based nursing interventions onnursingeffectand sleepqualityindexof childrenwithbloodcancer.Methods：Atotalof8Ochildrenwithbloodcanceradmitedtothehospitalfrom March2O23toMarch 2024 were included and divided into two groups according to random number table，namely the control group（ n=40 ）and the observation group（ n=40 ）.Patients in the control group received routine nuring care，while patients in the observation group had evidence-basednursing interventions.Thepsychological status，sleepquality，dversereactionsandpatientsatisfactionofthetwo groups wereobserved.Results：Thescoresof Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Self-rating Depresion Scale（SDS）were decreasedeffctivelyafterintervention；scoresintheobservationgroupwerelowerTherewassignificantdecreaseinPitsburgh SleepQualityIndex（PSQI）inboththetwo groupsandthePSQIscores of theobservation group werelower thanthoseof thecontrolgroup，withstatisticalsignificance.Conclusion：Inthenursingofchildrenwithbloodtumors，evidence-basednursingcaneffectivelyaleviate the psychological status of children，improve thequalityof sleep，and improve nursing satisfaction.
