AbstractObjective：To explore the specific efectsofdiferentanalgesic methodsonthe hemodynamic indicatorsand sleep quality inpatintsafteradicalresectionofcolorectalcancer.Methods：Atotalofeightypatientswhounderwentradicalresection dueto colorectalcancerinthe hospitalfrom April2O23 toApril2024wereselectedandrandomlydivided into two groups byrandomnumbertable，with40cases ineachgroup.Thecontrol groupreceived intravenousanalgesia，while theobservation groupreceived epiduralanalgesiaanesthesia.Thehemodynamicindicatorsandsleepqualityof thepatientsinthetwogroups wereobserved andrecorded.Results：Thescores inthesleepqualityat each phaseof theobservation groupafterthe surgery was significantly lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05 ）；On the1st and 3rd days after the operation，all the sleep indicators of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The hemodynamics in the observation group was relatively stable，and the occurrence of severe sleep disorders was relatively rare（ P<0.05） . Conclusion： Epidural analgesiaanesthesiacan helppatients havemorestable hemodynamicindicators，improve sleepqualityof patients.Itisof greatsignificanceforthepostoperativerecoveryof patients.Multiplefactors needtobecomprehensivelyconsideredtooptimizetheanalgesia protocol.
