摘要:科技創(chuàng)新成為新時(shí)代的使命,這使得“培養(yǎng)新時(shí)代創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才”變成了一件極為重要和迫切的事情。我國(guó)大學(xué)科技園的功能定位、平臺(tái)條件與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在很多契合之處,大學(xué)科技園在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)文化氛圍的創(chuàng)造、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系的構(gòu)建、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資源平臺(tái)的服務(wù)方面可以發(fā)揮作用。

Abstract:Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered in a new era.Since then,scientific and technological innovation become the mission of the new era,and innovation is the primary driving force for development."Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era" has become an extremely important and urgent matter.There are many similarities between the function and platform conditions of Chinese university Science parks and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.University science parks can play a role in the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship cultural atmosphere,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system,and the service of innovation and entrepreneurship resource platform.

一、新時(shí)代創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)新要求

2015年政府工作報(bào)告中鮮明提出“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”的口號(hào)(下文簡(jiǎn)稱“雙創(chuàng)”),隨后國(guó)家下發(fā)了《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于深化體制機(jī)制改革 加快實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的若干意見(jiàn)》和《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于大力推進(jìn)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新若干政策措施的意見(jiàn)》等系列文件,自此“雙創(chuàng)”在中國(guó)逐步發(fā)展,成為熱潮。(剩余5066字)
