摘  要:五階教學(xué)方法主要是將理論學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)對接,由理論知識儲備、剩余信息檢索、演示操作、實(shí)踐操作和總結(jié)評價五個步驟構(gòu)成,這與大學(xué)生心理健康教育教學(xué)理念有高度的適切性,該文從應(yīng)用的適切性、教學(xué)內(nèi)容與目標(biāo)、學(xué)情與教法分析、教學(xué)實(shí)施過程和教學(xué)反思與整改五個環(huán)節(jié)展開論述。

Abstract: The five-step teaching method is mainly the theoretical learning and practical experience docking, to theoretical knowledge reserve, residual information retrieval, demonstration operation, practical operation, summary and evaluation of five steps, which is highly appropriate with the teaching concept of "college students' mental health education". This paper describes the application suitability, teaching content and objectives, learning situation and teaching method analysis, teaching implementation process, teaching reflection and reform and so on.
