響應面優(yōu)化法在繡球菌液體菌種培養(yǎng)中的應用

摘要 為獲取生物活性高的繡球菌液體培養(yǎng)菌種,采用響應面優(yōu)化法對液體培養(yǎng)條件進行了優(yōu)化,以菌絲生物量為指標,建立了菌絲生物量與培養(yǎng)pH、溫度、裝瓶量的數(shù)據(jù)模型,得到了適宜的培養(yǎng)條件,即pH為4.5,培養(yǎng)溫度為23.9 ℃,裝液量為114 mL,在此培養(yǎng)條件下,菌絲生物量達5.9 g/L。

Application of Response Surface Optimization Method in Culture Conditions of Liquid Spawn of Sparassis crispa

Abstract Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the culture conditions for obtaining high bioactivity Sparassis crispa species, and mycelial biomass was taken as the index, the data model of mycelium biomass, culture pH, culture temperature and culture volume was established, and the suitable culture conditions were obtained. The culture conditions were pH 4.5, culture temperature 23.9 ℃ and culture volume 114 mL, the mycelium biomass reached 5.9 g/L.
