Abstract：Thecraftsmanshipspirit inherentintheGrand Canalcultureisavaluableresourceforculturaleducation inapplied universities.Theefetivenessofitscultivationdetermineswhethertheculturaleducationworkcanproceedsmoothly.ispaperfo cusesontheendogenousandexogenousfactorsinfluencingthcultivationefectoftisspirit.Aquestionnairesurveyascaidout among4704studentsfromfouruniverstiesinCangzhouCityHebeiProvince.Descriptivestatisticalanalysiswasconductedonthe performance ofeach dimensionoftheinfluencing factors using SPSS26.Osoftware，andastructural equation modelwasconstructed using AMOSsoftare toreflect herelationshipsamongthedimensionsoftheinfluencingfactors.Basedonthis，thepaperfurtherpro posesanoptimizedpathfortheGandCanalculturetoempowerthecultivationofthecraftsmanshipspiritinaplieduiversities，coeringfiveaspets：uiclumcultivationulturalulivationolieulivation，practicaltrainngcultivationndselfculiati. Theaimistoimprovetecultivationefctofteraftsmanshipspiritandprovidetheoreticalguidanceandpracticalreferenceforthe cultural education work in universities.
