行為改變輪理論視角下的高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式優(yōu)化研究

摘要:自引入翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂以來,一直存在學(xué)生參與積極性不高的問題。文章以行為改變輪理論為分析框架,運用深度訪談及主題分析方法全面識別影響學(xué)生參與翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的影響因素,并將其映射至行為來源變量,再根據(jù)行為來源與干預(yù)功能間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,從硬件環(huán)境、教師能力和學(xué)生品質(zhì)三方面提出翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式優(yōu)化的具體路徑。

Research on the Optimization of Flipped Classroom Mode in Univer-sities from the Perspective of Behavior Change Wheel Theory

Abstract:Since the introduction of flipped classroom,there has always been a problem of low student participation enthusiasm.The ar-ticle takes the theory of behavior change wheels as the analytical framework,uses in-depth interviews and thematic analysis methods to comprehensively identify the influencing factors that affect students’participation in flipped classrooms,and maps them to behavior source variables.Based on the corresponding relationship between behavior sources and intervention functions,specific paths for opti-mizing the flipped classroom model are proposed from three aspects:hardware environment,teacher ability,and student quality.
