電商背景下煙臺水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)發(fā)展路徑探究

摘 要：水產(chǎn)品加工作為漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)的延續(xù)，對整個漁業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。近年來，隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展，水產(chǎn)加工行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生很大變化。本文在電商背景下，結(jié)合山東省煙臺市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題，從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、提高競爭力、自主創(chuàng)新等方面，對水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)的發(fā)展提出對策建議。

Abstract： As a continuation of fishery production， aquatic product processing plays a vital role in the development of the entire fishery. In recent years， with the development of the Internet， the structure of the aquatic product processing industry has undergone great changes. In the context of e-commerce， combined with the development status and existing problems of aquatic product processing enterprises in Yantai city， this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of aquatic product processing enterprises from the aspects of industrial structure adjustment， improvement of competitiveness and independent innovation.
