影響食品化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的因素及解決對(duì)策

摘 要：食品化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確性易受樣品處理、儀器性能和環(huán)境條件等因素影響。文章在總結(jié)檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)容與方法的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)分析影響食品化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的關(guān)鍵因素，提出提高食品化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)確性的對(duì)策，為提升食品化學(xué)檢驗(yàn)的可靠性提供參考。

Abstract： The accuracy of food chemical inspection is easily affected by sample handling， instrument performance and environmental conditions. On the basis of summarizing the contents and methods of inspection， the key factors affecting the accuracy of food chemical inspection were analyzed， and the countermeasures to improve the accuracy of food chemical inspection were put forward to provide reference for improving the reliability of food chemical inspection.
