摘 要:硒是人體必需的一種微量元素,在人體中具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗腫瘤、提高免疫力、保肝及解毒等重要生理功能。本文論述富硒食品的研究進展,為富硒食品開發(fā)提供參考。

Abstract: Selenium is an essential trace element in human body, which has important physiological functions such as anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor, improving immunity, protecting liver and detoxification. This paper discusses the research progress of selenium-rich food and provides reference for the development of selenium-rich food.
