原子吸收光譜法在嬰幼兒配方食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:本文介紹了原子吸收光譜法(Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,AAS)的基本原理、種類和特點(diǎn),分析了其在嬰幼兒配方食品營(yíng)養(yǎng)微量元素、重金屬元素分析檢測(cè)等方面的應(yīng)用情況,旨在推動(dòng)AAS法在嬰幼兒配方食品分析檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。

Abstract: This article introduces the basic principles, types and characteristics of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), and analyzes its application in the analysis and detection of nutritional trace elements and heavy metal elements in infant formula, aiming to promote the application and development of AAS in the field of analysis and detection of infant formula.
