中式面點的傳承與創(chuàng)新

摘 要：中式面點品種繁多，既傳承了中華飲食文化，又能滿足人們的口腹之欲。目前，人們普遍追求飲食健康養(yǎng)生，本文分析了中式面點的養(yǎng)生理念，探索中式面點的養(yǎng)生創(chuàng)新之路，為營養(yǎng)健康的面點品種的開發(fā)提供參考。

Abstract： There are many varieties of Chinese pastry， which not only inherits the Chinese food culture， but also satisfies people’s appetite. At present， people generally pursue healthy diet， this paper analyzes the health concept of Chinese pastry， explores the way of health innovation of Chinese pastry， and provides reference for the development of nutritious and healthy pastry varieties.
