食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢的效能提升與發(fā)展建議

摘 要：食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢是保障食品安全、消除食品安全隱患的重要技術(shù)支撐，是食品安全監(jiān)管的重要組成部分。本文針對食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢工作的開展情況，提出了提高抽檢工作效能的具體策略，并結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)驗，對今后食品安全抽檢工作的進(jìn)一步深入開展提出了幾點(diǎn)建議，以期為提升食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢效能提供參考。

Abstract： Food safety supervision and sampling is an important technical support for ensuring food safety and eliminating food safety hazards， and is an important component of food safety supervision. This article proposes specific strategies to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling work， and based on one’s own work experience， puts forward several suggestions for further deepening food safety sampling work in the future， in order to provide reference for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling.
