河南省薺菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與策略

摘 要：薺菜是廣受人們喜愛(ài)的一種藥食同源蔬菜，近年來(lái)河南省薺菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展得越來(lái)越好。本文從生產(chǎn)規(guī)模效益、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品、栽培模式等方面總結(jié)了河南省薺菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出薺菜發(fā)展的方向與策略，為河南省薺菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考。

Abstract： Shepherd’s purse is a kind of medicinal and edible vegetable that is widely loved by people. In recent years， the shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province has developed better and better. This paper summarizes the development status of shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province from the aspects of production scale benefit， related products， and cultivation mode， and puts forward the direction and strategy of shepherd’s purse development， so as to provide reference for the development of shepherd’s purse industry in Henan province.
