摘 要：本文介紹了食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展情況，分析了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的作用，針對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和問題提出了相關(guān)建議，為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的應(yīng)用提供參考。
