金耳總黃酮微波萃取工藝優(yōu)化研究

摘 要:以金耳為原料,采用微波輔助萃取金耳總黃酮,并通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)和響應(yīng)面分析法確定金耳總黃酮最佳萃取工藝。結(jié)果表明,金耳總黃酮最佳萃取工藝為料液比1∶20(mg∶mL)、微波時(shí)間4 min、微波功率400 W、乙醇濃度60%,在此實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下金耳總黃酮微波萃取率為0.671 2%。

Optimization of Microwave Extraction Process for Total Flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba

Abstract: Using Tremella aurantialba as raw material, microwave assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was used, and the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was determined through single factor experiments and response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimal extraction process for total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was material to liquid ratio 1∶20 (mg∶mL), microwave time 4 minutes, microwave power 400 W, and ethanol concentration 60%. Under these experimental conditions, the microwave extraction rate of total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was 0.671 2%.
