食品安全監(jiān)督管理存在的問題與解決措施初探

摘 要：食品安全關(guān)系民生安全，監(jiān)管部門應(yīng)嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營方，增強(qiáng)消費(fèi)者的食品安全意識，為市場提供健康安全的食品，為民生安全保駕護(hù)航。本文論述了當(dāng)下食品安全監(jiān)管工作中存在的問題，提出了解決食品安全監(jiān)管問題的具體措施，以期為食品安全監(jiān)管工作提供借鑒。

Discussion on the Problems and Solutions of Food Safety Supervision and Management

Abstract： Food safety is related to people’s livelihood safety， and the supervisory department should strictly supervise the food production and operation parties， while enhancing consumers’ food safety awareness， so as to provide healthy and safe food for the market and provide security for people’s livelihood. This paper discusses the current problems in food safety supervision and put forwards the specific solutions to solve the problems of food safety supervision， in order to provide reference for food safety supervision work.
