食品檢驗檢測質量控制措施探討

摘 要：隨著食品行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，食品安全問題頻發(fā)，相關部門需借助嚴格、規(guī)范的食品檢測工作，消除食品安全隱患?；诖?，本文分析了檢驗檢測行業(yè)的現狀，并提出食品檢驗檢測的質量控制措施，進而維護食品安全。

Abstract： With the vigorous development of the food industry， food safety problems frequently occur， and relevant departments need to rely on strict and standardized food inspection work to eliminate food safety hazards. Based on this， this paper analyzes the current situation of the inspection and testing industry， and proposes quality control measures for food inspection and testing to maintain food safety.
