食品檢測中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術(shù)的研究
摘 要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們對食品安全越來越重視,對食品檢測工作提出了更高的要求?,F(xiàn)階段農(nóng)作物種類越來越豐富,農(nóng)藥殘留問題也日漸嚴(yán)重,加大了食品安全威脅。本文從農(nóng)藥殘留危害、農(nóng)藥檢測的意義、農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術(shù)以及提升農(nóng)藥殘留檢測水平的策略4個方面展開論述,希望為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Abstract: With the development of economy, people pay more and more attention to food safety, and put forward higher requirements for food testing. At this stage, the variety of crops is becoming increasingly rich, and the problem of pesticide residues is becoming increasingly serious, increasing the threat to food safety. This article discusses the hazards of pesticide residues, the significance of pesticide detection, pesticide residue detection technology, and strategies to improve the level of pesticide residue detection, hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
