淺談?dòng)變簣@食堂食品安全的精細(xì)化管理

摘 要：幼兒園食堂食品安全關(guān)系到全體幼兒的生命健康，關(guān)系到幼兒園的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展，為給幼兒健康成長(zhǎng)提供一個(gè)良好的生活、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，幼兒園必須加強(qiáng)食堂食品安全管理。本文主要分析了幼兒園食品安全存在的隱患，并提出了加強(qiáng)幼兒園食堂精細(xì)化管理的措施和建議。

Abstract： Kindergarten canteen food safety is related to the life and health of all children， related to the stability and development of the kindergarten， in order to provide a good living and learning environment for the healthy growth of children， the kindergarten must strengthen the canteen food safety management. This paper mainly analyzes the hidden dangers of kindergarten food safety， and puts forward the measures and suggestions to strengthen the fine management of kindergarten canteen.
