淺談蔬菜中農(nóng)藥殘留的檢測方法

摘 要：檢測蔬菜中農(nóng)藥殘留不僅能為食品安全提供有效保障，還能促進綠色農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化。當下農(nóng)藥殘留檢測方法主要有色譜分析法和快速檢測法。本文通過比較分析，選擇合適的檢測方法，助力于種植過程的有效監(jiān)測，從源頭保障食品安全。

Talking about the Detection Method of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract： Detection of pesticide residues in vegetables can not only provide effective guarantee for food safety， but also promote the transformation of green agricultural industry. The current pesticide residue detection methods mainly include chromatographic analysis method and rapid detection method. Through comparative analysis， this paper selects appropriate detection methods to help the effective monitoring of planting process and ensure food safety from the source.
