Investigation on Aflatoxin Contamination of Flour、Rice and Peanut Oil in Weifang City

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the contamination status of aflatoxin in flour、rice and peanut oil in Weifang city， and to provide data for dietary exposure assessment based on the total dietary survey of Weifang residents. Methods： 200 samples were collected for qualitative detection of aflatoxin B1、B2、G1 and G2. Results： The difference of AFB1 detection rate in grain and oil products was statistically significant （χ2=119.76，P<0.001）. The difference of AFB1， AFB2 and AFG2 in peanut oil was statistically significant （χ2=18.721，P<0.001）.The di0fference of AFB1 detection rate of rice in the first quarter was statistically significant （χ2=13.778， P=0.003）， and that of flour in the second quarter was statistically significant （χ2=9.236， P=0.026）. The difference of AFB1 detection rate between the second and third quarters of peanut oil was statistically significant （χ2=19.583， P<0.001）. Conclusion： The overall pollution level of aflatoxin in grain and oil products sold in Weifang city is low and at a low risk level.
