摘 要：本文統(tǒng)計(jì)匯總并篩選了基于靶向性的2020年深圳市餐飲環(huán)節(jié)餐飲食品及原料抽檢數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)其不合格情況進(jìn)行多維度分析，討論了不合格項(xiàng)目的危害及產(chǎn)生原因，為監(jiān)管部門(mén)、食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)者及消費(fèi)者提供合理化的建議。

Analysis of Sampling Inspection Data of Catering Food and Raw Materials in Shenzhen City Based on Targeting

Abstract： This paper summarizes and selects the targeted sampling inspection data of catering food and raw materials in Shenzhen in 2020， makes a multi-dimensional analysis of their nonconformities， discusses the hazards and causes of nonconforming items， and provides reasonable suggestions for regulatory authorities， food producers， operators and consumers.
