食品加工機(jī)械在生產(chǎn)中被污染的防控策略
摘 要:食品加工生產(chǎn)中受到多種因素的影響,加工機(jī)械是影響食品安全的主要因素之一,因此食品加工設(shè)備防控成為控制食品加工衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。本文從食品加工的角度出發(fā),分析加工機(jī)械與食品安全之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)合食品生產(chǎn)流程,提出食品加工機(jī)械污染防控措施,以保障食品安全生產(chǎn)。

Prevention and Control Strategies of Food Processing Machinery Contaminated in Production

Abstract: Food processing and production are affected by many factors, and processing machinery is one of the main factors affecting food safety. Therefore, the prevention and control of food processing equipment has become the key to control the hygienic quality of food processing. From the perspective of food processing, this paper analyzes the relationship between processing machinery and food safety, combined with the food production process, and proposes pollution prevention and control measures for food processing machinery to ensure food safety production.
